Hey wait a minute, since i'm having a total mental breakdown (broken USb on my n900 and no hope for a replacement)....
Maybe you can buy aa fancy keyboard attachment, ala surface or Asus transformer?

I still think the true successor* to the N900 is the Galaxy NOTE.
Not that the N950 is a unicorn, or that the N9 is a failure, or the EPIC 4G/Captivate Glide can't be modified.

I know it has android on it, but please correct me if I'm wrong...With an OMAP chip and a device meant to be rooted isn't that basically what the n900 was?! Ok, Maemo made the n900 even more special, but could sailfish be loaded on Nexus 10 if rooted? I know I'm speculating but isn't it possible?
Now that I think about it...
Could the Nexus 10 be the n900 successor?
