I can't say that i have seen such an app but their are a few tweaks that can help? There is the Hard sleep Queenbeecon widget that can power off the Wifi, reduce the network connection to GSM and lower the CPU to 125mhz until you wake the device. Then there are other Apps such as Swapolube that also help with minor power consumption too.

You can also run use the Power Kernel to adjust you CPU cycles (much like what is used in Hard sleep widget) if you are brave enough?

Not sure if the CSSU has any better power arrangement?

hope that helps

I have 24/7 data connection with a battery life of 24h.

You are obviously doing it wrong.

I have autodisconnect, dont use the phone too much and get 24hrs. Not alot considering how much I use it, if i dont hold back in 8 hours it will be gone. If i actually tried to drain the battery, it could be done in a couple of hours.

To sort this I got another battery with a desktop charger, but this doesnt solve how quick it goes through battery power. Im not surprised though, the amount it can do, its bound to eat battery. I'll just live with my two batteries until nano technology is here

Btw, i dont have any auto updating widgets etc. I only have email updating half hourly and stuff maemo wants to do like HAM checking for updates.
