Do you know how to make a .deb file? I have made a beta port of SciTE and I am working on making a .deb but have little time and my first attempt didn't work. If you (or someone) will make and post a .deb I will email you the files.

Any capable text editor for OS2008 would be nice to have. I had been quite reliant on leafpad, but I see that it isn't available for OS2008.

Are there any text editors (which can edit say, 100k text file) for OS2008?

TIA,

Craig...

If you like a GUI based editor - then I'm using PyGTKEditor

you should be able to get it from maemo.org.
