my n900 in normal , can't live with Ideal or Starving in normal or in idle mode ,,
and i don't know any thing about voltage or freq so i can't make my own build
can u make same profiles without the idle option ?
or tell me what voltage and freq i have to choose on
Max: 900
Min: 500
to record hd , and play it
,, Max: 750
Min: 250
to normal mobile use

tested life doubler profile, web stopped working properly, switched to optimum and web works again.

After you select configure patches, choose the express patches option, then navigate to the KP profile that you want to load.
They are either in /home/user/.kernel/
or in /usr/share/kernel-poer-settings

No conflict with swappolube afaik.
If you have cputweak-dcs (my old crappy version) or karam's batterypatch installed you should remove them first by going to xterm then:

root
apt-get purge cputweak-dcs batterypatch

Then you need to install the dependencies:

root
apt-get install apt-get install dbus-scripts zenity python python-osso python-gtk2

Then copy the .deb file over to your N900 and just tap on it with file manager.

Life doubler is really fckin' awesome.
Installing Life Doubler and the express patches made my N900 survive idle for 9 whole days! Right now it is left with one red bar but still refusing to surrender. It shows the battery low banner every now and then but still on!
As soon as it dies, I'm going to test it with full usage!

maybe it affected my web surfing because I enabled each patch separately, didnt do express...

i need to know if i have any thing to do to my n900 so it don't restart on ideal or starving .. or i want to use your profiles without idle mode
what i can do ?

leafpad /opt/CPUTweak/kernel-settings/choosehere

Where choosehere is the profile you want to edit.
