I am running out of memory and I thought I could extend the internal flash memory to my 4gb card. I don't want to divide the memory card into three parts. I want to move the entire flash memory to the 4gb partition (NOT DIVIDED!) and boot it from there. How can I do that?

Use this guide, but make the partitions how you want them in the partitioning step.

That is for the internal memory card. I need to install on external.

Did you read the document? It says things like:

"To set the default to partition 2 on the internal card. If you would like to set the default to something else, the device is mmc# (where # is the partition number) for the internal card, and mmc1# for the external card."

It's not just for internal cards.
