For selective folder sync, install mfefolders - it enables you to select which folders for MfE to sync. And mail deletion is related to modest (or tinymail) rather than MfE - see https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5417 (fixed in PR1.2 apparently).

Hello to all,
also Im a user of Mail for exchange.
I have here a very strange issue.
I can configure everything and also sync seems to work.
But I can not send Mails.
Also sometimes I get the message that Mail for Exchange does not react check Credentials.
I see in the Settings of the Mail for Exchange Server that the Device is recognised and also made sucessfully synchronisation yesterday.
Its not this needed that I get it running, but I would like too so I can use the N900 when im not really working (at the moment working with E71 where everything works perfect.

I can not exectue the command:
cat /dev/null > /var/log/syslog
I got error message not found
tried to reinsall syskdog but got information newest version already installed
Any ideas?

That's a shame. Maybe I'll try and experiment with using PC/Ovi Suite to sync just the notes from my Outlook.
