(Sorry, I was wrong. Not £20 but £25 extra.)
No, if you are correct it is me who's sorry
I thought the whole bloody point of SEPA is to enable overheadless bank transfers between countries in the zone... or is it because you are still using GBP, does that cause some extra "conversion fees" that the greedy bankers can apply?

Different banks charge different fees. I have seen charges anywhere between £10 and £20 in the past and I have just learned that it could be even higher. I believe the different currencies are a convenient excuse.

Frankly, with extortionate charges everywhere (e.g. a "leave to remain" - a UK equivalent of the probably better known US "green card" - application costs £1500), I seriously question how on earth did they manage to get themselves into the crisis...?

INAL, Do we really need to keep the maemo TM alive ?

What would be the consequences if we don't hold it ? could anyone get it and sue our community ?

Getting sued, probably not. Not as long as we don't manufacture anything.

I did ponder this question a while ago too, would it be benefical to have the TM's or is it just nostalgia; are we going to keep on something that once made sense but might not be any longer needed?

This is for the community to decide - if people want to refresh the TM's they want to contribute towards it.

I vote we keep the TM. HtheB, watch your PayPal account!
If the community decides against, I may ask for it back one day
