Hi Daniel
For Nokia N9 development you have to learn qml. The lates sdk that supported Meggo, iirc was nokia qt sdk 1.2.1.
You have to do a bit of gogling, because must of the old sites with the link are dead now.

Portuguese deepl is announced for 2019 afaik.
I hope they survive with theyr propriatary/pro attempt to fund things.
