Does the nokia USB icon show up above the nokia logo? If not try taking out the battery steadily press U then put back battery. As they say always works like a charm. Although never tried it yet.

Try a different usb adapter? I recently had terrible times flashing till I switched to a different cable.

Tried everything, I flashed my device a lot... but somehow, I can't do it anymore...
