Few months ago, post here pics of my N950 F1. Here is new Build of HWiD 0829 F1 - F1TMC. I think all U already saw N950's F1TMC with Armor/Cutted Back Cover. Here is my one, with unusual Full Black Cover without any engraved marks.
As I know, where are no any F1TMC without Armor inside hardware pictures in web. Also, interesting that Unit was assembled in Korea.
Btw, Like many other Proto N950 this buddy is also locked. Think will reflash it with PR1.2 or PR1.3 soon. Enjoy.

I used to have a 0829 proto as well, it was running pre-release FW but I flashed PR1.3 and it runs well. Looks the same as yours. I remember the screws are "cross" instead of T4 on developer N950s.

Mine had a signal reception probem, was even weaker signal than the black developer models, and it lags even with 460mb swap on mnt4. But the hardware is awesome, it is more solid and robust and refined than the black one. The developer device has a lot downgrade compares with this proto. (apart from RAM, of course. )

And the N900 are mede in Korea, think about the time when these protos are made, I'm not surprised they are made in Korea as well.

Finally HtheB's method don't work properly with this one. After keyboard 'chicken run' phone really show message abt closing the lockscreen process, but after pressing yes, phone gone to reboot and blackscreened with Nokia and small white wrench. I'm connect it to PC to last OCF and as I understand it shows it's real FW: "DFL61_HARMATTAN_0.2011.21-1_RD_001". So, best way to use this N950 as normal devkit w/o any troubles with lockscreen is to reflash it with retail FW (from one of OCFs), right?

If you want to use it, then yes.

Most Harmattan apps won't work on early firmware anyway, even if you bypass the lock.

And if you want to use it as a "phone" you have to put swap on mnt4 otherwise it's too laggy to even receive a phone call.

Ok. Also think so. Btw, flashed w/o any problems. Now, it's fully working DevKit. Btw, will post photo of F1's HW from thread above soon. Just for history and base of N950 HW knowledge.
