Here is how you can use the camera button to flip between open apps - like ALT+TAB in windows.
Install Shortcutd
and put this command in the "Custom shell command" box:
Code:
matchbox-remote -next

With "prev" it flips only between 2apps, while using "next" it flips between all the open windows in my N900.

The "tab" button is the camera half press when with ShortcutD (an app on repository) you set the camera button behavior to launch the command uppercase wrote.

I was using till now camera button with CSSU (so with a modified hildon desktop) using single column task switcher, a gconf value for /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/key-actions/ctrl_backspace_in_tasknav taken from here and shortcutD to set the camera button to launch dashboard, but the method written here is a lot better.

You realise that the cssu has a gconf setting to enable this?

Either way, cheers for to tip bro!

I have not installed the cssu yet, but I realise there are many ways to get this.
I found that hack long ago on my N800, I searched the forum for matchbox-remote and didn't find it so thought I share this. Could be helpful for theme designers, just type matchbox-remote for all the options.
