Hi,
Just to let it know, mer derived project of maemo and debian can be installed on nokia tablets but also on openmoko's smartphone freerunner....

It's in early stage, but you can judge for yourself by the video demo above , or install the bootable image of the system ...

Do you know other non-nokia devices that support mer or maemo ?

yeah, the Beagleboard, SmartQ5 and SmartQ7, x86, N8x0, 770, and Freerunner.

More to come, because mer is supposed to be hardware independent, and Ubuntu Mobile is based on mer.

Yes, the status of Freerunner support, as well as that of other devices, may be found in the Mer portion of the maemo.org wiki.

Do you know other non-nokia devices that support mer or maemo ?
