I don't have user account on any other IT related site except this one, so might as well first try ask advice here since I have always received advice on every phone related stuff.

I have win 7 laptop that is behaving strangely. Everytime I connect it to my home LAN or wireless, the internet on it slows to a crawl. All other devices on the network are working normally. Also, if I connect the laptop through my phones wireless, it is working normally. If I go and test my internet speed when it is connected to the LAN it still gives me over 40mb, so it definetly is not speed problem with anything other than the laptop itself.

So far I have tried:

Flush and renew DNS et all through cmd
Change DNS to google or open dns. Not improvements
Tried multiple browsers
Tried torrent client. Took really long to connect and download was slow, but was working
Disabled and enabled my ethernet card. Reinstalled it.
Tried to use previous restore point when everything was working

I am pretty confident that this procedure was somehow reason for these problems http://techne.alaya.net/?p=12499

I followed this guide and everything was working again before I tried to connect the laptop back to my home network. Also, this procedure weirdly disabled my DCHP, but after I enabled it again connection was working normally.

Usually I have to reload pages multiple times until the load slowly. I receive often DNS_Probe_No_Internet or something like DNS no name.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

So do I understand correctly that only your home WLAN is problematic, not when you conect to internet sharing WLAN of your phone?
If so, it is probably some of the filter rules you added to our DSL, right?

You understand correctly.

However, I did not actually do that part. Sorry, forgot to mention. So no filter rules were added as I did not do the last part
