If anyone can fix this, than this would be greatly appericated, I wish some people who can program very well port adobe flash player 10 to maemo, that would greatly make the n810 an awesome device, and anyway flash 10 is coming to android and many other phones, why not maemo. I wish someone can port flash 10 for us. That would be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

The source code is not available. Talk to Adobe.

I'm curious what sites require Flash 10. As a professional webmaster I and others, e.g. Google, wouldn't require Flash 10 because it would make our sites unusable by a large percentage of visitors. Flash 9 r48 used on the N810, seems to work for all the sites I've visited. We all like to have the latest and greatest but sometimes there's very little if any added value. The web in particular uses protocols and tools based on servicing the largest number of potential visitor. Most sites, mine included, even work with IE6 which is older than dirt and very limitting.

This is true. Good designers who have interest in retaining viewers across the board -- usually when designing for clients -- will stick with older versions of Flash. Heck, I'll still compile down to Flash 8 for most things, since 8 handles almost everything clients are most likely to ask for.

Flash 10 is mostly occurring in those sites where the designer knows who their viewer-base is (e.g., people using the latest browsers and who know a thing or two about Flash, etc.).

I am encountering Flash10 players at video sites. Ironically breaking news can only be viewed with an up to date flash player. >> http://www.cnn.com/video/flashLive/l...stream=stream1

... I didn't get the video memo. Apparently even if I did, I wouldn't have been able to view it on my tablet.

Linux Mozilla, Firefox, SeaMonkey 10.0.22.87

I know of plenty of websites that say my flash version is out of date on my n800. Facebook video, pogo, hulu, mlb.tv and audio, and more.
