Is there anyway to save the game? I saved but closed the game. Came back and all
the saves were gone. I guess it can't store saves?

Is there a better wesnoth binary?
I know fiferboy was working on a new package and when hes done, if there are performance benefits i can grab those binaries.
This isn't really meant to be the 'main' distribution, just an easy alternate way of running it like a rom.
