With so many status changes today in short time it seems like somebody executed:

update table orders set status = 'In Picking" where status = 'Paid' and order_id < 200001000
in Jolla webshop DB

That's how they normally do it, yes - in batches.

Not really, the order number has nothing to do with the order in which they are shipping.

Hint to everybody: if you are sorting columns to find your order (in other words, if you are using your typical manager's way of finding stuff), then don't, please. Control+f is your friend - it will find stuff for you.

It certainly looks like it from the spreadsheet, the only exception being Finnish pre-orders.
