You can do it pretty easily dbus. Example of opening the phone application:
Just replace the rtcom-call-ui with your application's name to open it.Code:dbus-send --type=method_call --dest=com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr /com/nokia/HildonDesktop/AppMgr com.nokia.HildonDesktop.AppMgr.LaunchApplication string:"rtcom-call-ui"
