the ipk was extracted to

but when the manager is trying to install it looks at
Code:
WebOS/Games/Monopoly/usr/palm/applications/com.ea.app.monopoly.eu.efigs/
therefore it cannot work
i changed the monopoly.ini file and renamed the ID entry

now the game installs successfully

but when it starts and the loading screen fills it crashes...

OM, answered via PM.

As for the keyboard - seems it dependant from locale settings. Will research this tomorrow.

For those who trying to remove old installations - use 'apt-get remove' command. Also, I can't handle all possible previous manual installs so please do it yourself - only you know what and how it was installed.

So, main issue is keyboard mappings in diferent locales. Let me some time.

the games are controllable via keyboard..you just need to install this:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Preenv/FAQ#Is_...king_in_Preenv

also I found that if you are trying install games from n900 it gives you an error on second line : extracting game info....

I did install all games from memory card and its working properly

Hi, awesome app! Makes life very easy. I tried installing Earthowrm Jim. Install was successful, but I got Warning: postinstall script failed. Please check Output:
Then it says step 5 updating status ok.

So, I tried running the game, and it worked well, except for the keys. So now, as per preenv wiki, I am downloading the .so file and trying.

But if that is the problem, shouldnt it actually come packaged with wgames? Anyway, thanks a lot for this!

Ideally you will be owner of a Palm Pre and you'll buy the games on the Pre and then copy the files to your N900 from there. (whether than violates the purchase license, I don't know...)

Gameloft site has a "Send to my phone" option, maybe it just sends you the URL to download. I have not tried it.

More realistically I would guess that the majority of the people using this have pirated the games.
