Jolla has good thing going on right here. Sail don't have too many apps yet but it's always good to share your favorite software for sail so no one missing out some solid software or solution.

Please share your top 5

Ok, I can go first:
1. Termnal - It's a terminal
2. File Browser - Looking for a file? You find it with this - clean and simple.
3. SailWave - Radio - Solid!
4. CuteSpotify - spotify only playing your lists - no extras
5. MeeCast - everywhere I go, I always take the weather with me - its simply well designed!

1. Browser (I use it about 90% as a tablet for browsing, too big for a phone)
2. Email
3. Developer mode (Terminal, SSH)
4. GCC + libs, headers etc
5. Qmake + libs, headers etc

An anectodical experience: I had my phone freeze the three times recently and I thought, hey, I have Sailfishreboot (SR), let's use it! Trouble was, it froze so thoroughly that although I could move between screens and could start and close apps, I could not operate pulley menus and reboot using SR. Only the power button saved the day. So I thought, what's the point, and took SR off.

To clarify, this is not SR's fault. It's just that in the very rare situations when it might have been useful, the OS prevented me from using it.

My toplist of the GUI apps, ordered by usage;
- browser
- email
- SMS
- calendar
- notes

My toplist of the console apps cannot really be determined I guess, other than saying vi probably is something I use every day...

Hard to make a top 5, but here are some fantastic apps:

- Fahrplan
- ownKeepass
- Cargo Dock (an interesting spin on file browsing)
- QuasarMX (although this is probably cheating a bit so I'll add another entry, also a shame it isn't FOSS)
- Markat (shame it isn't FOSS, but it makes browsing eBay actually pleasant)
- MeeCast

Honourable mention to Messages (once there is better XMPP and OTR support, and whatever SMS/MMS related things people would like to see are implemented, it will be perfect).
