The big announcement is that the new firmware will enable the n900 to find the Higgs-Boson particle.

MeeGo... so Maemo 6 just became obsolete even before the first alpha SDK reached the public. Nokia is really good at this.

Everything just became obsolete.The N900, maemo.org, Harmatten

I think its a huge, huge mistake, but we'll see.

I rather believe that most things will stay as they are, but instead get new labeling... except the move from .deb to .rpm packaging... argh, here we go again
