I made a hard reset on my n9 and i lost all original videos.., etc..

I saw in navifirm that there is file called "DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.SEAP_EMMC_SEAP.bin" (1,85GB).

I assume that there is all media content? right? but how to extract without flashing the phone?

Unpacking the .bin in flasher should allow you access to the content

Quick reply...
I would suggest flasher -u DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.SEAP_EMMC_SEAP.bin.
However, note that flasher-3.5 doesn't work for N9. I am merely hoping that their command-line options are similar.
Best wishes.
[EDIT]
Glad it worked for you. However, I should stress again that flasher-3.5 is generally considered incompatible with N9.
[/EDIT]

Success! but now there is another problem.
I used this command with Flasher 3.5:

Code:
flasher-3.5 -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.SEAP_EMMC_SEAP -u
unpacking for 1 minute...

And then create a new unpacked file called: "mmc" without extension...

How i open that? i tried with magiciso, winrar, etc...
