BTW, whay do you need a phone restart?
Can session just be restarted or bme service or similar?

Proof that it works with Billboard without any problems. Version 1.1. Awesome!

I confirm it to be working fine with latest version of Billboard (Screenshot attached).
However, after install, I had to restart to get it working and then had to start and close billboard again to load Billboard and change the color of clock via N9QTweak again to match my cyan N9.
Request: That yellow bars if turns cyan, would be great

Uninstall all and replace /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia/style/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia.css with the one attached to go back to default
