Well i guess that can be done with the flash debugger if you want. I'll compile one with that and everything and put it somewhere if you want.

I'll just leave this here
Just FYI, this patch is very specific to 0.8.5. The directory structure and some coding practices changed between 0.8.5 and 0.8.8 (or 0.8.9 if you use SVN). It could be possible to port this to more recent versions, though.

Don t know if its relevant. But flash 10.1 without HW accel was ultra slow on my n900 and therefore useless as seen with this rogue plugin.

I keep fingeres crossed, as the lack of flash is the only thing that keeps me pickin up my GFs galaxy

The gnash dev informed me of the OpenVG branch of gnash which has GL ES support in the more recent codebase:

http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gna.../log/?h=openvg

Try cloning this branch and giving it a try.

ok, this is messed up, cairo should work. can i ask if you have frame skipping enabled, as the worst case scenario for skip on late is what your seeing, i.e. nothing is rendered. so if you have it enabled then maybe it's a bug when cairo is involved and you should try again without frame skipping enabled.

i've got easy debian talking to gstreamer on the maemo side for audio so will compile gnash for easy debian with cairo, so nows a good time to see if it works for video.. and to at least see if we get some rendering with cairo.

if it takes ages on your desktop, then compiling on easy debian will probably take the whole day. stay tuned...

I want!

No, but seriously, this would be very helpful for one of my projects.

What are you talking about @leetnoob? Cairo works fine. It seems slower than agg though.

Where's a good place to dump some files for the public?
