Bada is an alternative, it is THE alternative to Android/iOS/WP, at least the only alternative with a future. Bada is one thing, it is all Samsung at the moment, but the core OS is unstoppable in the long run, just as WP is.

Nucleus RTOS has been around for ages, and is used on all Samsung dumbphones as well as lots of others and GPS and all sort of gadgets and embedded systems.
Bada is a Samsung thing, Nucleus is available for everyone.
