yes if it's a loan then nokia should be involved in a such transfer , I'll contact qgil if you want to explain the purpose of this thread ...

Maybe I am a bit paranoid , but I insist this action should be crystal clear and accepted by all ... so it could take maybe months ?

I don't want that some day some would be surprised and argue that we set up a diabolic plan or whatever ...

So everyone has to be involved a such "community devices self management program" ? also I am wondering of the council should interfere into this action ?

Let's show that we're able to ensure cooperation friendly , time for cats fight is enough for now ...

Everyone here please dont do think or act too fast ,..

I wouldn't mind paying for shipping if I can authorise passing it on (or re-loaning) through qgil/DDP.

As to who would get it, I see four options:
1. Hand over to qgil to give it to the "next best" person from the original device programme that I got it from
2. Add it to the pool for the current device programme
3. Chuck it directly at e-yes because he appears to have been shafted by the current programme, and I like NITdroid
4. Whoever wins at some challenge I cook up myself, if I'm feeling evil

(also, I'd like to keep it until after PR1.3 appears just in case Nokia do the release-new-firmware-to-N950-first game that they did before)

Anyway, all this depends on me being allowed to give the device away - I'll get in touch with qgil.

Option 5 - send to abill/lumiaman for servcies to trolling
I'm fine with option 5 if you'd ask.

Email DDP if you got it direct from them and they'll probably replace (DM if you need contacts) - official Nokia Care points probably won't have a clue, and def. don't have parts!

I have a N950 and use it as my main phone.
Beside of that I develope and maintane several apps, as seen at http://www.ruinelli.ch/harmattan and http://store.ovi.com/publisher/George%20Ruinelli

I really like the device, but am very sad about the lack of interest from Nokias side.
There are many issues with the OS, but they could be solved if Nokia would invest time or would open the sources....

I definitely consider myself a part of the "deserver" camp...I enjoy testing programs and mods whenever I physically can, and would love to do more dev work. However, my N9 is my primary phone, and as such, an N950 would be a huge boon to me being able to contribute to the community. If anyone would be willing to work out transferring one to me somehow, I'd be very grateful.

Maybe we should sell them, have enough money to pay the server bills for the next 10 years and have enough left for a round of pizza.
