I, too, am used to seeing an installation screen. However, since the screen never showed any kind of progress level, the lack of one is not upsetting to me. I have been thinking of it like the un-install process: you tell the phone to do it, and you trust it is being done.

how to uninstall apps which is installed with dpkg from this debinsaller ?
I mean how to know the name of app because regular installer not working and uninstall manager also cant install apps which is installed via dpkg

dpkg -r <packagename>
if you don't know the exact name you can look for it via
dpkg -l | grep "package*"
