pretty much everybody around here has been experiencing this for some time now, itīs most likely a bug of Store itself and itīs up to Nokia to fix it...
I encountered with this even on PR1.2 2 weeks ago, so itīs definitely not a PR1.3 thing...

It is acknowledged by NOKIA, they have said that are working on it. Still no ETR.
