well...kchmviewer seems to be a good app. in n900 for .chm files. but i am running thru some problems in it...hope someone can help.

i. when i tap on 'open file' icon in the left bottom corner, it doesn't show some of the chm files that are in /home/user/MyDocs. this is not related to the size of the file however...(one of the files is 130 MB, the other is just 5 MB)

ii. in some file, i can see only pictures and tables (eg. the background of the text is pitch dark so i can't see any text...i can see them only when highlighted

iii. while loading some pages it says
Note: Large images and tables on this page may necessitate printing in landscape mode.
actually this happens not in some but in many pages of harrison 17 ed.

iv. zooming seem to b a problem in some files......the area above and below the text becomes increased but the font size does not increase (i've encountered this in Harrison 17/e)

any help is appreciated.......

Check the desktop version of kchmviewer and see if the issues exist with the same chm files. It could be a bug with the main program in which case you would need to fix the code itself.

I've had no problems viewing Harrison's, but then again, I'm using a much older N800 instead.

Have you tried the 18th edition?
