Here are some Pics

Yes you must have the silicone sleeve on the phone for it to fit.

I have also found the volume and power buttons almost impossible to operate even though there is a cut out in the holder.

Also not that the phone slides into the holder from below, this restricts mounting pots and means in my car I have to tilt the holder to get the phone in.

However it is very well made and one in the phone is very secure.

Thanks alot for the pics and opinion of the Brodit there John, very useful indeed. Don't suppose you have any thrid party silicone jackets you could try with it?

Reason I ask is I've discovered white silicone jackets do exist, but of course not made by Nokia.

Guess I could just use use one of the official jackets specificly for the mount mind you.

You could always get a silicone sleeve and cut it down and attach it to the brodit mount permanently. Then you can just slide the white N9 in

Hi.
I've just received my Norève case, suede grey leather:

They give me the metal clip for free because of long delay of delivery...

Good protection, but it makes swipe sometimes difficult, I need to practice it!
Great looking in suede, very well done.
Just one mistake for me: no way to charge the battery while it's closed...

This is one of the reasons I chose the Melkco over the Noreve case(you have full access to the microUSB flap with the case closed). Another is that the closed case doesn't block the speaker at the bottom.

Highly recommended case!

Oh, and for side swypes and I tend to swipe away from the volume buttons cut-out, makes it far easier

You're right.
And l use it as you for the swipe.
It would be great to be able to separate the front cover to use the phone easier in landscape. I think Krusell does.

I quite agree there, my wifes iphone case is like this and I often think it's a nice design touch.

Times such as using the phone for navigation where it's best to pop the phone in a mount, means you need to remove the case. If the front section could unhook it would become just a back case which would be preferred than nothing at all.

Still, overall very happy with my case, especially for the money I paid(was something like £23 delivered).

Hi,

For those of you they want extra power emergency, I highly recommend this one :

- 9600mAh Portable Emergency Power Rechargeable Battery Pack for Cell Phone/iPod/iPhone/MP3/MP4/PSP.

A++
