Is possible built Dalvik VM from Android on N900?
If no, that why?

The simple answer would be yes, its possible. Someone would have to port it though, and thats where the difficulty lies.

This posibility could be a great value for the Linux platform, not only for Maemo and the N900. And waters could return to its site.

There are some projects over there with this aim, for ejample,

I suppose that Google doesn't like that, but Nokia and Microsoft should consider carefully this posibility.

May be they are waiting the results of the Oracle-Google claim. But it is not a good idea to stay waiting in these moments.

Considere the impresive posibilities of Meego it it was capable of running Android apps!.
