The N810 takes mini-SD cards, which only exist up to 4GB at present. I would like to point out that 6GB MICRO-SDHC cards from Sandisk are available now, and that they come with a micro to mini-SD adapter. 8GB micro-SDHC should be available in a matter of weeks. Both are class 4 cards.

I am just pointing this out, because some people may enter "miniSD" as a search keyword on their favourite web merchant and miss the other sort. I did in the beginning...

Something else: micro-SD can also be used with a memory stick adapter. If you have a Sony digital camera and want to transfer files to your tablet, this is a good solution. I don't know whether the adapter also works for micro-SDHC, though.

I've been using the 6GB micro SDHC for a couple of weeks now, I heard the 6GB cards are faster than the 4GB ones (although both are class 4).

I suggest to consider using microSDHC rather than miniSDHC due to the fact that microsdhc can be used in so many different devices, and they have adapters to be used in miniSD (and reguar SD) as well.
