Hi all, tablet newbie here.

I followed the link to the gronmayer.com repositories listing, and installed both the OS2008 Hackers and Hakers repos that were Pidgin pre-reqs. However when I attempted to install Pidgin, I get a missing library file (one that is supposed to be a part of the Hakers repo)

Error is this: Unable to install pidgin, Application packages missing: libopencdk8 (>=0.5.8)

I checked /usr/lib, and there is no such file. Any ideas? Gtalk is ok for now, but I need to have Pidgin w/Sametime for when I'm on VPN to the office.

Thanks!
Shannon

Nevermind, totally a case of RTFM on my part. Had to manually add the repository for the Pidgin libs since it defaults to the Chinook directory.
