Does anyone know how to get the built in email client on the n800 (os2008) to update every minute instead of the minimum 5 mins?

I found a settings file, but it doesn't seem to be in there.

I'd love to know too!

From what I can tell, the update-intervals are hard-coded in the application, so you're stuck with them unless you modify the source code and compile it yourself.

I'd suggest making an enhancement request (if not already there) on bugs.maemo.org, post the link here, and convince people to vote for it

I wonder why they didn't just give us a box to input any interval we want.

Thanks, is there any other mail app that would refresh every minute? I seem to remember that claw(z?) email is the same.
