I've previously tried pairing with my BT mouse under 2K7. It actually worked; the only problem was that the pointer was invisible.
But I can't even pair under 2K8.
This is a real pity: mouse support is a natural with keyboard support. With Abiword and KOffice, my little N800 would otherwise be a pretty fair full substitute for a laptop. But picking up and putting down the stylus is annoying when you're switching between keyboarding and clicking.
If anyone from Nokia is reading this, I submit to you that mouse support is probably fairly easy, and would be extremely useful to the mobile office types.
Not to mention the mobile Quake types! How cool would it be to show up to a lan party with just your N810 and mouse?...ok, so not very, but a geek can dream!
