thing is that just about every nokia phone comes with pim functionality. same with other phone brands (dont know about the ones that are sold with operator firmwares tho as i stay well away from those). so for nokia to put pim in both their tablet and their phone (they are more or less designed to be companion devices) would be a waste of resources in their opinion.
and there are pim software available from third party, and quite easy to install to imo.
