Is there a simple way to add the time zone for Adelaide/Darwin (Australia) which is GMT +9:30 ?

I have a new N810 which on which I recently upgraded the OS to Version 4.2008.23-14. Neither the preceding version of the OS or the current one appears to recognise this time zone when I use the date and time setup under control panel.

Thanks for any advice.
