UKMP will start up, says loading something (not sure what), and then will shutdown shortly after that. Any suggestions? I'm looking for the perfect mp3/media player and am open to sugggestions. Have tried Canola but am having troubles with that as well. Will reinstall and save that for another thread.

I had this twice with ukmp . Each time, I uninstalled and reinstalled. It worked. So far...

I haven't used Linux in years, and what I knew is stuck somewhere in there. I need a refresher course. 
(newborn baby has sucked all my brain cells dry) I have reinstalled UKMP 4 times now. It's not taking. I am going to install Diablo today anyways I think.
