From the pictures I saw of the 770 I think it will, never tryied but the n800 is fairly standard - I use with it the same usb cable as for my camera, videocam, mp3 player, 2.5 usb hdd

Congratulations on your new Gadget (-:
The N800 uses a standard USB mini-B socket allowing standard USB mini cables to be used. The Nokia 770 also uses the same connection and the provided DKE-2 cable packaged in box with the 770 will work just fine.

As an additional note the N810 uses a different standard, Micro-A/B socket, requiring the use of a compatible Micro-B USB cable. Nokia sells a cable that conforms to this standard with the product code of CA-101.

The N800 uses a standard miniUSB cable, it's exactly the same as the kind of miniUSB cable you might get with a digital camera or a mobile phone.

The N810 uses a standard microUSB cable.

any male-A to min-B USB cable will work. but it is not that useful to me because I do not connect N800 to a computer unless to flash it. I made a mini-B to Female-A. just cut the cable and match colors.
