Hmm, I have my job, but more information would be helpful, e.g. if you expect people to port an existing application to Maemo5 or to write something new for Maemo5, and which technologies/languages are used... Anyway, not my business. :-)

I agree, more information would be useful. Is this a commercial or for fun venture? What sort of projects? etc.
