You may want to try FOSS program CornerFix (available for windows and MAC, not for linux sadly, as it relies on open but not free'ly licensed tools from adobe) - it is only one application that I know, which cleanly removes vignette from N900's RAWs, on RAW level itself.

AFAIK (correct me, if I'm wrong) BlessN900 take RAw's, then, convert it to .jpg by it's own means (depending on options?).

All by all, vignette affecting N900's RAWs is visible, and if don't have .dng, quite hard to delete.
