Hi,

it's now 3:08 in Germany and Google seems to be down.
Firefox can't make a connection whether to google.de or google.com.
Maybe chinese hackers revenge for google's statement? ^^

mhm... now it's online again... but the last 10 minutes it seemed to be down...

(i believe google has an uptime from about 99,99% or so - that's why such a event is something special for me xD)

EDIT: get a look at the table at this site -> http://royal.pingdom.com/2007/09/26/...een-countries/

google-brazil reaches 99,999% uptime O.o wow

Could it be that Google-Germany was down, and you could only search in English?

as i said...
i tried google.de and google.com...
both didn't respond...
all other sites which were opened worked flawlessly ^^

EDIT: maybe the t-online DNS wasn't working properly... xD

That;s most likely, either the DNS server was down or subject to some attack or error, maybe a cache poisoning.

Google is never down. Stop saying that. My hands are shaking.
