No, the problem is that rootfs is a compressed filesystem, so it's very difficult to correlate the file sizes with the space used. The PokerTH data files probably compress very well, so although there's 9M of data it takes up far less space on rootfs.

As you say, there's not a lot you can easily remove there. PokerTH seems to be the worst space hog - it's also pulling in libicu40 which takes up another 17M.
