I just cant figure out how to use it....

Is anyone using Silencer?

there is a time box AM/PM and then two drop downs for profiles...

can someone please explain to me as I'm a bit thick.

I use SES. Works great.

Both are terrible.

-Silencer, a Python-written, Qt dependent app. 6.0 mb for full install.
-SES, a Qt-4.6 dependent app, 7.0mb for full install.

Yuck!

Looks like I need to break down and write a correctly implemented one.

Lol... I just use fcron and set the profile through a dbus shell script call

Works just right for my needs

i wonder if someone could make something that changes profiles by time of the day. for example i could set it so every day at 8:30 it would put my phone to silent/vibrate when i am at work. then put it to general when i am off work at 5:00. and i dont know put it on mute when i go to bed.
now that would be helpful.
