Hello,

I alway lock my device but the only problem is that if I want to look what time it is, I have to unlock the phone,...LOOOOK...and lock again.

Ist there a screenlock-app where I can see the time?

If you press one time power button you will be able to see time and date without unlocking...

I do not mean the scrrenlock,
but the DEVICELOCK

(wich was "12345")

I too always lock my device with the device lock (with 5 digit code)
-still if you want to see what time it is is; a simple push on power button show the "swipe"-screen with clock on it.

I cant see how this could be more simplified

I use the new BlkWhite theme, which annoyingly no longer shows the clock on the 'swipe' screen...

Perhaps the colour for the clock text is the same as the background?

In addition to devicelock you can set the automatic screenlock. That way it shows the screenlock screen with clock prior the devicelock screen.

Hello,

if I use the screenlock showing to clock works after pressing the POWER-button

but

if I use the devicelock, NO clock is shown after pushing the power button. I see only the keys (1->9 and '<-')

After short press:nothing happens
After long press.device shutsdown

????

First: You can do both, configure for automatic devicelock and automatic screenlock. Now, if your device is locked (screenlock or screenlock and devicelock) you can press the power button, and it shows the swipe-to-unlock screen with clock.

Second: You can use device lock only. If your device is locked push the power button twice (to lock the screen), push it again to see the swipe-to-unlock screen.
