Can we keep one open for 24 hours (or more) and just hand off to different moderators based on time zones?

I'm planning a Testing Marathon[1][2] for the next weekend, want to know which day and time do you prefer.
Other suggestions are also welcome.
The testing marathon is a very good opportunity to learn more about testing and also help our community, any contribution is very important for us.
