Hey, I had been having issues with the screen for the past few weeks where it would randomly turn off and I had to restart it with the switch on the side. Now it won't turn on anymore, the device is on, it even connects to my bluetooth headseat, and the touchscreen feedback is still present, I suspect that the device works fine, apart from the screen that won't turn on. When I turn it one the blue light comes on but the screen (and the backlight doesn't come on either).

My question before I contact customer support is : has anyone dealt with this issue before and maybe resolved it?

can you ssh to your device?

software-wise it can be an issue with /etc/mce/mce.ini

Can I do it via USB? otherwise the device is set not to connect to data automatically
