Is it possible to use a USB storage key with the 770?

Given the price/size of RS-MMC, I would think USB storage may be a nice
alternative. Though I suppose the lack of a powered USB connection may be an issue...

The price of RSMMC is very reasonable- I ordered a 1G sandisk RSMMC for $76.

But limited to 1GB, and USB keys can be had for less than 1/2 that. I'm more curious about the possibility of doing this vs. getting into storage pricing.
