2.8/5.2, what does that mean? are these good numbers? why does it says Carl Zeiss if it was made by Texas instruments?

Carl Ziess is the LENSE manufacturer brand!! It wasn't made by TI. The chip may be but the Camera is by Carl Ziess.

I am not totally sure but its usually like this:
The first number is the F number and gives the ratio of the lens diameter to the focus of the lens. A small F number gives you more light, since the lense is large compared to its focus, but has a small field of depth. A larger F number gives you less light, but also a larger field of depth.

The second number should be the focus itself. The focus is correlated to the smallest possible working distance, i. e. the distance where you can still get a sharp image.
