I'm a big fan of Google Docs and Spreadsheets (http://docs.google.com). I find it a great way to work on documents regardless of where I am and what device I'm using. Features like collaboration and automatic uploading from emails add even more value that you can't necessarily get with a desktop.
I was dissapointed to find that Docs and Spreadsheets is not supported by the Opera Browser on the N800. I'm sure it's due to some specialty work that the big brains at Google have done to enable a near-desktop spreadsheet and word processing experience in a browser, using AJAX or whatever.
For a device clearly directed to an Internet-only world, it seems logical that such support would be a clear benefit.
So, it appears at this point at either a new browser is called for, or a new version of Opera that will work with Google Docs.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
