Guys, PR1.2 is here which is a great news. However I wonder what the difference between updating via OTA and reflashing the firmware? For example, if someone made some mods in the OS(code, kernel etc). By updating using OTA, will these mods be saved/kept?

OTA everything will be saved, flashing it will erase some apps thats all no big deal just reinstall them.

is there a way to reflash on a computer using windows 7?
